Ok, I'm convinced, my next lunch date, I'll be there.
Don't pass up the Charizo cheese sauce. It's awesome. Good is good enough to be patient with occasionally slow service.
Good Mexican food with a variety of dishes not offered at other establishments. Try the Fajitas Hawaiians. Chips, salsa, and queso are on point.
Quick service, great staff and delicious food! Their salsa is amazing as is their white queso. I got a shredded beef and cheese enchilada dish that was so tasty I had to stop myself from inhaling it. The shredded beef had great flavor, and the side of rice also was very yummy. I can't wait to come back and try other dishes!
The ladies room was clean. The food was yummy. And the people were awesome. Tiny on space, huge on atmosphere and food.
I’d rather eat dog food. This was legitimately the worst food, not even Mexican food, I’ve ever had. I usually avoid dragging restaurants or people on the internet, but this was the absolute worst experience of eating food I’ve ever had.
Chips and Salsa was good, Guacamole was oily & not very good & not very fresh. Lazy Pollo was good, Tacos were OK, the meat has a very unique taste that I'm not sure about, the homemade shells got soggy and broke apart, Street Tacos had only 1 tortilla which broke apart (needed to double-up), meat was good, Beans were dry, Rice was good. Service was good.
My spouse and I really loved our first visit. The food was fresh, place is clean and respectable team. And there's a mini bar that has many tasty beverage options
I love this place
This is a hidden gem of yummyness... Service was top notch... Food was amazing!!! I highly recommend the Hawaiian Fajitas!! If your looking for a great place for date night or just wanting some great Mexican food for you and the family I can't say enough great things about this place!!!
Worth checking out. A lot of people talking about it. So we checked it out. Recommend the Pacifico with your favorite mexi dish.
Service was poor. Waiter walked by us several times and we waited a lot between getting drinks, ordering food, and asking for certain appetizers. No they were not busy, we watched her walk around and chat with other employees. By the time we received our appetizers our main course was shortly followed. We ordered a simple dish and the taste quality was not good. Overall. Service was poor. Food was not great.
They can compete with any of the top Mexican restaurants in the metro.
Great place and highly recommend supporting. Price is good, food is consistent. You do pay for the queso but it is a much better quality then what others give you for free. Frankly I’d happily pay for this over the free stuff. Carnitas are my go to hear and they have a spicy option with jalapeño in a red sauce, if you like some heat!
Came here with my framliy (friends/2nd) family) and he had about 20 in our group. Service was on point!!! The food was out extremely fast and hot!
Undeniably authentic Mexican cuisine! It was outstanding! I just want to qualify my 5 star rating if I may! I will try to be short. The entree was spot on as was the rest of the meal. Although the appetizers were not complementary except the chips and salsa, they were delicious and make you stuff your face until the main course arrives. Its not something you can control either. It's just that good. The white cheese was just insanely good and my only problem is its not complementary like most all other Mexican food restaurants in Oklahoma. That being said, I had no problems paying for it or the guacamole because it was good enough to order more. The Corona with the salt and lime in the frozen mug is perfect as well. The waitress barely spoke English but let me say this, she was kind, polite, attentive and fast! She got 22% tip from me so thats it! Great everything!
The food was not bad but it was not great, just mediocre. The white cheese dip was very thin. The service was very good. Would go again but not very often.
I have eaten here several times and everything has been wonderful from the queso to the fajitas. This oh hands down the best Mexican food in town.
Nice servers. Fresh food. Great flavor. Huge CA Burrito. Great salsa.
Great food and laid back atmosphere. Salsa and guacamole are the best in town. But their meat is overcooked and dry. IMHO, tastes like it was cooked beforehand and recooked to get dishes out faster.
Ordered 4 entree's. 2 arrived at the same time, next one about 7 minutes later, 4th one about 12 minutes later and was wrong. Staff seemed very confused while we were there. We won't be going back.
Girls night... we both enjoyed our dinner and had great service
Richard's Custom Concrete enjoyed a great Mexican meal
I have only placed orders for Take Out so I cant speak to the dining experience. The food is amazing. Easily, my new favorite place for Mexican food in the Metro.
Salsa is chunky and good. Queso is a white cheese that kinda of reminds me of Velveeta white cheese from the store. Tortillas are homemade and great. Wife got the steak fajitas, which was a little bit of a let down. You could tell the steak was cheap. I got chicken quesadilla which was good. Rice and beans were bland.
This was date night for us. We had driven by multiple times.. the stop this time paid off. This team took great care of us. The food was delicious! We will return!
Poor service, bland food, insane prices. Not returning.
Fantastic little gem in Moore. Our group, several hungry CrossFitters fresh after a competition, got after it. They accommodated nicely, were pretty timely, and really gave us a phenomenal ending to our WOD weary day! Salsa was thick and tasty. Tortillas were homemade, hot and fresh (both flour and corn).And...The Hawaiian Fajitas were unbelievable! Loved it. Worth the try and a second trip if in the area.
Small quiet place. Food is decent. Went for the white queso but tastes like the velveeta kind, but they have good tomatillo sauce and avocado enchiladas!
Food was amazing and authentic. Staff was so friendly. Our waiter was so attentive and genuinely cared about our satisfaction with our food and visit. Prices were fair and worth every penny spent. Place was clean and filled with good vibes. Definitely will go again. Only sad feeling was that i didnt try this place sooner boy have i been missin out on some good dinners
Excellent good, great portions. No relish, but can get fried onions and peppers for a little bit. White queso. Yellow corn chips. Excellent enchiladas
One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in a long time! It's bigger inside than it looks on the outside & there is even a small bar! The staff is excellent & very nice! We'll DEFINITELY be eating there again!
Wonderful food! I would suggest the chimichanga or the shredded chicken nachos. The cheese dip is to die for! =)
Great margaritas! Their chunky guacamole was also wonderful! I had quick and polite service, clean restaurant, good food. Don't let the outside of the building fool you.
It was a busy Friday night but we only had to wait a few minutes. Service was wonderful, courteous and fast. I had the Burrito Mexicano (think steak and onions) and it was fantastic. I was very pleased with everything.
Quality and quantity. Excellent prices. Wonderful service. Best salsa I've ever had. I crave this place and I dream of this place.
Having heard great things about this place, I was rather disappointed. The restaurant was nice; the decor, seating, the general cleanliness, all that was excellent, as was the variety of items on the menu; the prices were quite reasonable. It was the food that was lackluster -- and after all, that's why you go to a restaurant in the first place. The quantities were good, the presentation was good as well, but the taste was . . . acceptable. It wasn't bad . . . just sort of lackluster, run-of-the-mill Mexican. In thinking about it, it reminded me of what you'd expect from a cheap TV dinner. Maybe what I ordered (one of their many combo platters) just wasn't up to snuff that evening, and generally the place was nice enough that I'll probably give them another shot sometime, but like I said, it was rather disappointing.
Was not impressed. Called ahead for seating for 10, but they sat us with a center column in between our tables, but there were several other options for seating. Servers nice, but not as attentive. Over priced.
The Lazy Donkey at 12th & Broadway in Moore, OK is great! Wonderful staff and food! Waited barely 7 min. After our order was taken and they were bringing our food out. They were even busy.
This is hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant (or restaurant in general) in the entire metro area! The food is always hot, and I've never gotten a plate I didn't like. The staff is so friendly and quick to help. The chips and queso are divine, and the salsa is very fresh. I often order the cheese enchiladas, and they don't come out dripping grease like at a lot of other places. They have lots of authentic Mexican food options as well. The atmosphere is casual and laid back, very kid friendly. (They also have a kids menu.) There's a full bar if you want to throw one back with your meal (highly recommend the margaritas and the swirls for a frozen option.) I couldn't speak more highly of this place! If we're ever going out to eat, Lazy Donkey is always my first choice!
Ordered delivery and one meal was messed up out of four. But after calling, it was promptly and very kindly fixed. The gentleman I spoke with was exceptionally nice and very helpful. The food was good and I would choose here over Alfredo's any day!
Favorite Mexican food in town. Friendly service, quick, and delicious. The white queso is incredible.
Honestly the taste is bar none authentic, I grew up eating salsa Verde with my Mexican family, their salsa verde brought me back home the michilada was also on point! Service was a little swamped but still helpful, I never had to ask for service.
Always delicious and the best service around! Love this place!!
This is the best Mexican Restaurant in Moore! We always get seated without waiting too long or at all! The food is delicious and reasonably priced with generous portions. The margaritas are outstanding!! And the people are friendly and accommodating!! A super place to relax and enjoy the meal!!
The food was okay. Maybe I should have been more adventurous? I ordered a platter, one of everything common, and a seafood stew. Both were simply... Meh. The soup was certainly plentiful, and the amount of fish was plenty, but the vegetables were close to being pulverized, as if they were thrown in from done frozen vegetables mix. It did not feel like the food had any love or passion put into it; it may be an unfair general characterization, but I'm concerned it might be the same with more "interesting" items of their menu. After all, I did order their seafood stew, which is usually a premium entree in Mexican restaurants, and was underwhelmed.
Always a nice place to eat with such caring staff members who work diligently to take care of you when dining in. Definitely recommend to anyone who have not yet tried this place! You won't regret it!!
The food is delicious!! Everything we had was so good. If you're a Fajita fan like me, you've got to try the Hawaiian Fajitas. Spectacular. Service was very good. Our first time, we'll be going back for sure!
My wife and I reall enjoyed it. We found the place online, felt adventurous and went in. Atmosphere was Small and cozy, family run and friendly. We each ordered fajitas, and they were delicious.
Absolutely phenomenal Mexican food, extremely friendly staff and very attentive. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes for my food incredibly fast. Value was also incredible, the amount of food that you get for the price was very reasonable.
Best Mexican food around. I don't know what the season with but it's great tasting food Everytime!!
